Wimereux, Opal Coast, Hauts de France

The town of Wimereux is a hidden jewel along of the coast of France. It beholds a beautiful beach area with a landscape that just keeps on giving.

There is just something about the ocean and the sounds of the waves that completely relaxes one's soul.

As a Canadian, I am also proud that this is the place where Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae is buried in the most scenic ocean view graveyard.
